My personal take:
Well, i'll be very blunt here, when I first saw the video, I thought it looked absurd seeing the lady bobbing her head up and down.heh. On further reading, i decided to purchase a few of these to try out as I realise it's basically just a simple exercise gadget to tone one's neck and facial muscles. Looking at the way it works, it is logical to surmise that it does work to slim your neckline depending on how disciplined one is in using the gadget. Despite it looking weird in action, it does work to a degree. I scanned through comments on youtube, and various sources to see genuine comments and there are a fair share of good and not-so-good comments about it. It rates 3.5 stars on a scale of 5 stars on Amazon base don 160 users' ratings. Most users claimed to see results in a month or two of diligently using it everyday for 2 minutes, some says it does not work for them and gave up after a short while.  I would not be able to test it to be able to see if it worked as I currently do not have double chins, but will definitely update this page if i could get hold of soemone who is willing to have their photos taken before and after using this product, over time.
