My Personal take:

Pretty handy stuff to me. I'll give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. Well, I'm not a fanatic on manicure,however I do pay some attention to them when i have to and this little gadget does what it says it will do. The felt cone is great for buffing nails and the diamond cone for removing calluses.It does take a bit of practice when you're using it for the first time. The felt cone doe snot make your nails shiny like a buffer, it merely polishes to give it a smooth surface but not a shiny one and it gives it a nice and healthy sheen.I did try out the grinding cone, and realise one must be careful not to over grind your nails with it or else it will make your nails too thin for comfort.
