1) Choose 1 size smaller than your actual size by referring to the chart below

MY PERSONAL REVIEW:

Personally, when I first saw this product I’m not too impressed with the way it looked. This product was brought in due to several requests I had. Despite its name, it does not actually trim /reshape your waist/tummy, however, I found that it helps in ironing out “muffin rolls” , the flab that comes out to your back/sides when wearing tight jeans/skirts. Unlike expensive girdles that works to instantly reduce your waistline and reshape it too. The invisible tummy trimmer worked for my mum to iron out her muffin rolls. While pricey girdles are great for reshaping / instant slimming, it is pretty thick and can be seen if you’re wearing tight fitting/thin material attire and it can be uncomfortable and hard to breathe wearing high end girdles. What I like about this one is that it is virtually invisible when worn underneath your clothes and pretty comfortable as the Elastaweave material is very thin and smooth. Another thing to note is that when wearing this, one has to wear a longer top to cover the tummy trimmer beneath. Suitable for those who wants to smooth out their tummy rolls/muffin rolls, not recommended for those who want full fledged waist line slimming effect.For the latter, it is worthwhile to invest in a high end girdle.
