Hi ladies and hunks! Love beauty, & want to gain some working experience in a fast-paced beauty-full environment? We'll be happy to hear from you. We're looking for talented individuals for the following positions:
1) Marketing & administrative assistant
2) Interns
3) Graphic designers
4) Webmaster

  • 1) Marketing & administrative assistant (Full time & part time available)
  •  
  • JOB SCOPE:
  • - Process and reply order emails and customer service enquiries through emails/phone/sms & social media platforms (facebook etc)
  • - Plan, process and execute the fulfilment & shipping of daily orders (Malaysia & International orders)
  • - Handle walk in customers and sales
  • -Assist in store operations, products display, stock checking & stock sorting/packing.
  • - Manage company's Social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram via daily updates, uploading albums, replying comments and messages.
  • - Assist with product photography/simple editing/product write ups
  • - Assist with product testing/selection/reviews.
  • -Assist in keeping customer records in database (using Microsoft Excel)
  • -Assist in uploading products on website/Facebook/Blog
  • - Assist with and manage occasional events (bazaars)
  • - Miscellaneous ad-hoc operational & administrative tasks

  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • - Proficient in English, both written and spoken (proficiency in other languages like Malay, Mandarin, Chinese dialects are an added advantage!)
  • - Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • - Basic administrative & organizational skills
  • - Keen interest or experience in Beauty or ladies online shopping scene
    - Familiar with various Social Media Marketing platforms and proficient in using Smartphone.
  • - Wiling to learn in a fast-paced & fun environment
  • -Able to work between 11.30am to 8pm daily (Full time) or 11.30am to 8pm (on selected days only or selected hours for Part time)

  • ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL ADD FEATHERS TO YOUR CAP:
  • - Loves beauty and getting gorgeous!
  • - Knows basic make up/beauty/grooming
  • - Basic writing skills
  • - Familiar with online social media platforms
  • - Proficient or basic photography skills
  • -Multilingual in speaking and or writing
  •  
  • - Possesses own transport (working location will be at SS15 Subang Jaya)

  • 2) Interns:
  • We're looking for passionate, beauty driven or online savvy interns to join our team!

  • - Upload company's products & new banner/updates on website monthly

  • -Assist/troubleshoot should website encounter any problems
  • -Manage company's website(s)via updates
  • -Other related ad hoc website pertaining tasks.
